Great Hotel. It’s by far one of the best w/ every category: It has spacious & clean rooms, price doesn’t break the bank, customer service is good & the location isn’t far from town or major businesses & is right on the outskirts of town so it has that nice country feel to it. It’s quiet & comfortable when compared to the other hotels around Florence.
It’s a cheap 2 star hotel. I base my rate on that fact so I’m not going to give it a one like most of these people expecting a Marriott for 60.00 bucks. Everything worked. TV , microwave, fridge , all the lights. Room was clean No coffee maker. I would have given a 5 based on a two star hotel but the owner ( I Assume) is so unfriendly. A smile might crack his face. Key didn’t work to door so he gave me another and then gave me a lecture on how to use the key. Me being a guy that stays in 200 different hotels a year due to work like I didn’t know how to use a key card. Anyway if he would just act like he appreciated business I would have given 5
The room was great, fully stocked and clean. They said they have hot breakfast 6am-9am, but the reason for my 4-star rating is the breakfast was well none... I got 2 cups of coffee that I had to heat up bc it was cold and I would've eaten a bowl of cereal, but when I took out the container of milk... The fridge where the milk was located was not on/quit working and the milk was clobbered and sour!!!! I stayed 2 nights but never saw any breakfast... The room was worth the stay tho...
The rooms look a lot nicer since they've been remodeled the one thing that needs attention asap is the air conditioning units/ heater units
Stayed here in July-august 2016 while in town for work. The hotel was nice and the swimming pool was very enjoyable on those hot, humid summer days.

I loved this room huge bed very clean.when you look out the patio doors what a view the big beautiful sky. And the lake just beautiful.
The owners and the Manager Nick Patel is so thoughtful and understanding I'm having trouble with my check with chase this month no fault of mine and they are not being mean at all about it I feel terrible about it I'm crying and worrying and Nick is a Angel he's polite and cares his parents should be proud and it's clean maid service is great I have nothing bad to say
